Which address to use
The address above is our shipping and correspondence address. It is a working unit rather than a shop, so please do not turn up expecting a showroom.
Do not send returns to it unannounced. Email support@outdoorsupply.com first and you will get the right return address and, for anything too large to post, a booked collection. A large appliance that arrives without notice may be refused by the carrier.
What to include
Your order number gets you a useful answer first time. For a suspected fault, a photograph of the appliance and of its rating plate — the sticker with the model and serial number — saves a round trip.
