All prices are in USD and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders we believe were placed in error or in violation of these Terms.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it once we send an order confirmation. If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Product use & safety

Outdoor power equipment can be hazardous if used improperly. You are responsible for reading and following the manufacturer’s manual, using appropriate protective equipment, and operating and maintaining the equipment in accordance with all applicable laws and safety guidance. You assume all risk associated with the assembly, operation, and maintenance of the products.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
