Shipping Policy
We ship from Wasilla, Monday to Saturday. Everything is tracked, and the tracking number is emailed the moment the label prints.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 pm AKT on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, on a Sunday, or on a public holiday, ship the next business day. Saturday orders placed before 1:00 pm AKT go out the same afternoon.
Everything in this catalogue is a large appliance, so everything goes on a two-person pallet service that runs to a booked slot rather than a rolling schedule. Delivery is kerbside: the appliance is brought to your property and left crated at the kerb or in the driveway. It is not carried inside, unpacked, installed or connected, and the old machine is not taken away. Those add one to two business days to the times below, and we will call or email to agree the day before it moves.
You will get a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as the label prints. If you have not seen one within one business day of ordering, check the spam folder first and then email support@outdoorsupply.com.

Orders over $150 ship with signature on delivery. This is not optional — it is what makes a claim possible if a parcel goes missing, and most of this catalogue is over that figure.

Those are business days after dispatch, not calendar days, and they exclude the day the parcel leaves us.
Where we deliver
The United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Larger appliances are restricted to the contiguous US where the carrier will not take them further; the checkout will tell you before you pay rather than after.
We do not ship outside the United States. If your billing address is elsewhere but the delivery address is here, that is fine for orders under $150; above that the signature requirement means we need the two to match.
Who carries it
Small and mid-sized appliances go with UPS or FedEx Ground depending on weight and size. Anything on a pallet goes with a dedicated two-person carrier. The carrier is named in your dispatch email — we do not decide it until the parcel is weighed.
Getting it into the house
Delivery is kerbside. The appliance arrives crated on a pallet and is left at the kerb or in the driveway. It does not include carrying it inside, taking it upstairs, unpacking it, installing it, plumbing it in, connecting it, or taking the old machine away.
Plan for that before the delivery date: a refrigerator on a pallet is a two-person lift and the crate is wider than the appliance. If you need it moved into the property, arrange that yourself or call us before you order and we will tell you whether the carrier serving your address offers it.
Measure your doorways and the opening the appliance is going into before you order. A 36-inch refrigerator does not fit a 35-inch opening and does not go through a 32-inch doorway, and a return because something would not fit is a change of mind rather than a fault. If tracking stops moving
If tracking has not moved for five business days, email us the order number at support@outdoorsupply.com and we will open a claim with the carrier the same day. We do not ask you to chase them yourself — our contract is with them, not yours.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, you choose: a replacement on the next dispatch, or a full refund. We do not make you wait out an investigation before deciding.
Changing the address
Tell us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually change the delivery address. After that the label is printed and, for pallet items, the slot is booked — at that point the carrier's own redirection service is the faster route, and we will send you the link.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout where we are required to collect it. Prices displayed on the site are exclusive of tax.
