Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your OutdoorSupply purchase. Because we ship large outdoor power equipment, please review the details below before starting a return.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. To qualify, the item must be unused, un-installed, and returned in its original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories.

Items that can’t be returned

  • Gas-powered equipment that has had fuel or oil added (for safety and shipping-hazard reasons, these cannot be accepted back once fueled)
  • Sheds or units that have been assembled or partially assembled
  • Clearance, final-sale, or custom-ordered items (clearly marked at checkout)

How to start a return

Email storeoutdoorsupply@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back — large items require a coordinated freight pickup.

Return shipping & restocking

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover all return freight at no cost to you.
  • For change-of-mind returns on large or freight-shipped equipment, the customer is responsible for return freight, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to cover handling and repackaging.

Damaged or wrong on arrival

Inspect every delivery before you sign. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and take photos. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items to storeoutdoorsupply@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship or enter fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return terms above.
